What You’ll Do:

  • Take charge of installations, service, and preventative maintenance for cutting-edge industrial equipment, including inventory tracking cameras, material inspection solutions, conveyor systems, label applicators, printers, computers, and their associated software.
  • Provide rapid-response remote and on-site support, ensuring seamless operation and fast resolutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to clients and internal teams, equipping them with expert knowledge for system success.
  • Document and refine best practices for installation and service, keeping operations scalable and efficient.
  • Continuously expand your expertise, mastering the latest technologies in industrial automation.
  • Travel up to 75% to engage with clients, execute installations, and troubleshoot real-world challenges.

When You’re Not Traveling:

  • Work onsite at our Schertz, Texas office, directly collaborating with our production team on build and assembly-ensuring that every solution is engineered and built for success.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Troubleshooting electrical systems?, * Effective Communication: The ability to clearly convey information and instructions to clients and team members.

  • Problem-Solving: The capacity to quickly identify issues and develop solutions under pressure.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust to changing situations and client needs.
  • Empathy: Understanding and addressing client concerns with patience and care.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Stress Management: Maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong mechanical and production equipment expertise (label applicators, conveyors, etc.).
  • Proficiency with hand tools and electrical systems (low voltage, 5Vdc - 240Vac).
  • Solid computer skills (IP configurations, MS Office, PLC troubleshooting a plus).
  • Ability to travel, rent vehicles, and comply with group auto insurance.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds.
