Job description
We are looking for new engineers to join the Platform function. In these positions, you will:
- Design and implement the shared infrastructure and services that the Polkadot platform is built on
- Build the SDKs and APIs that developers use to create and deploy applications on the platform
- Work on the user agents that run these applications on web, desktop and mobile
- Help keep the platform secure, reliable, and able to scale to a large number of users
Requirements
- Work autonomously and solve problems independently
- Care about the developers who use your work, and build interfaces that are stable and easy to use
- Collaborate with others in an open-source culture
- Take ownership of your work and be responsible for outcomes
- Have good communication skills and can present work in ‘plain English’ in blog posts or conferences
