Job description

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead cloud-native architecture efforts and champion GitOps practices for our enterprise platforms. You will work across teams to define best-in-class solutions for deploying .NET microservices to Kubernetes (AKS and GKE) using Flux, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native tooling on Azure and Google Cloud Platform., Define and implement end-to-end GitOps strategies using Flux for managing Kubernetes workloads.

Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines for deploying .NET Core/.NET 6+ apps to AKS and GKE.

Set standards for Kubernetes governance, Git branching, Helm templating, and secrets management.

Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform and cloud-native DevOps tooling.

Guide cross-functional teams in adopting GitOps workflows and cloud-native delivery models.

Design highly available, secure, and observable systems across Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

Evaluate and implement platform tools (e.g.,flux, Kustomize) where needed.

Mentor DevOps engineers, provide architectural guidance, and drive technical roadmaps.

Requirements

10+ years in software/DevOps engineering with at least 3 years in an architect role.

Expertise in building and operating GitOps systems using Flux (v2) and Helm.

Deep understanding of AKS, GKE, and container orchestration practices.

Strong background in .NET Core/.NET 6+, Kubernetes patterns, and microservices architecture.

Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git-based workflows.

Hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud services.

Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), observability stacks, and platform reliability.

Excellent communication and leadership skills for driving DevOps culture and enterprise alignment.
