- 8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials Technical Lead experience within the last 15 years
- Strong PeopleSoft GL, GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliation & GL interfaces experience
- Large-scale project experience: 5,000+ users & $20M+ project cost
- 2+ years of qualifying public-sector project experience
- 3+ years leading technical troubleshooting & incident management
- 3+ years creating functional/technical requirements, design docs, diagrams, workflows & user guides
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent qualifying experience
- Agile/Scrum leadership experience is a strong plus
- 3 signed professional references required
