As Network Manager, youâll take the lead in shaping our operational approach to network management. This is a key role in which youâll define and implement the systems, processes, and strategies that keep our growing network running smoothly-all while empowering your team to deliver exceptional results.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the Network Operations team, ensuring strong performance and development.
- Define and track KPI/OKRs with the CTO, aligning team goals with business priorities.
- Oversee and improve incident response, fault resolution, and network support processes.
- Manage relationships and technical escalations with third-party network providers.
- Collaborate with Sales to provide technical solutions and support for customer requirements.
- Own the product and service roadmap from concept through to launch.
- Drive continuous improvement of network tools and procedures in line with CI/CD principles.
- Coordinate engineer deployment to ensure swift and effective fault resolution.
- Help evolve both internal systems and external-facing services alongside the CTO.
What Weâre Looking For
- Experience leading technical/network teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record in operational leadership, performance management, and service delivery.
- In-depth understanding of data connectivity products and multi-vendor environments.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- UK driving licence required.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Qualifications in network/security (CISSP, CCNA/P).
- Experience with ITIL or eTOM frameworks.
- Background in Change Management.
