Job description

UAT Ownership & Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end UAT phase for Global Sales projects, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Help developing and maintain UAT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Coordinate UAT scheduling, resourcing, and readiness across internal teams and external vendor partners.
  • Track test execution progress, defect logs, and sign-off status; ensure timely closure of all UAT activities.

Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendors during the testing phase.
  • Coordinate vendor deliverables, test environments, and support requirements to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with vendors to review progress, resolve blockers, and confirm adherence to agreed SLAs and timelines.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

  • Monitor project progress against milestones and proactively flag deviations from the plan.
  • Identify, log, and communicate risks and issues in a clear, timely, and structured manner to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and drive mitigation actions to closure.
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to project sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Product Ownership:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog related to Global Sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test conditions.
  • Partner with business users to gather feedback during UAT and ensure requirements are validated before go-live.
  • Support go/no-go decisions by providing clear visibility into testing outcomes and outstanding risks.

Technology: Salesforce, BI tools like Tableau/Birst, Robotic Process Automation Domain Experience : Hospitality

Requirements

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
