Hands-on Tech Lead

Global Digital Agency are hiring a hands-on Tech Lead to lead the delivery of digital products across web, app, and AI platforms. Based near Oxford Circus, London, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office. You’ll combine technical leadership with hands-on development, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution architecture
Provide hands-on support across frontend and backend development
Manage team delivery and resourcing through JIRA
Oversee Azure hosting, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes
Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Drive code quality, QA standards, and E2E testing using Playwright

Required Experience

Strong experience leading delivery within a digital agency or end-client project consultancy environment, this is essential
Commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows
Ability to manage technical delivery in client-facing environments

Nice to Have

Azure AI Services and OpenAI API integration experience
Webflow or other low-code platform exposure
Python experience within AI projects
