What you’ll be doing

  • Building clean, maintainable features and resolving end-to-end issues with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to drive effective customer outcomes
  • Managing technical debt proactively to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and reliable
  • Improving testing strategies to uphold exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on security, usability, and accessibility
  • Participating in code reviews that consider both functional and non-functional requirements-performance, maintainability, resiliency, and security
  • Enhancing team practices across security, quality, deployment, monitoring, and operations to support seamless and safe production releases
  • Contributing actively to team discussions and knowledge sharing to foster collaboration and ensure smooth sprint delivery
  • Developing your skills through ongoing training and continuous learning aligned with your role and discipline
  • Upholding Legal & General’s principles on Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of our work

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Dynamics 365 (Customer Service or Sales), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, or Azure Data Factory
  • Strong grasp of software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern release strategies
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
  • Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Skilled in debugging and solving complex technical challenges
  • Collaborative mindset and effective teamworking skills
