Product Owner -Agile & Scrum Methodologies

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to lead product planning, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration for enterprise product development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, product roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and product development architecture. The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and delivery managers to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives., * Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product prioritization activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations teams
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies within product development cycles
• Ensure alignment between product architecture, design, and business goals
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve product outcomes
• Support Agile transformation and promote Scrum best practices across teams

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
• Proven experience in product vision definition, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization
• Expertise in backlog management and user story creation
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience managing dependencies and risks in product development
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments with distributed teams

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to product development architecture and system design
• Experience working with globally distributed development teams

• Knowledge of Agile tools such as:

• Jira
• Aha!
• Azure DevOps
• Experience in digital product transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

• Agile/Product Owner certifications preferred, such as:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
• Strong understanding of software product lifecycle management
