Data Analyst & SIOPApplylocations: Madrid, Spaintime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R26_ Hayward is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of pool equipment and automation systems for the rapidly growing Outdoor Living market.We have a recognized brand, a large installed base of pool equipment, strong customer relationships, and a history of innovation with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.Role PurposeWe are looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support our SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) team in Getafe.This role will focus on analyzing ERP and supply chain data and developing Power BI dashboards to drive planning, inventory, and operational decisions, as well as actively supporting and facilitating the monthly SIOP cycle.Key Responsibilities* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for SIOP and Supply Chain teams* Analyze data from ERP systems to support demand planning, inventory, and production planning* Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service level, and supply performance* Support and facilitate the monthly SIOP cycle, including preparing materials and leading data-driven review meetings* Identify risks, trends, and opportunities across the supply chainRequirements* 3+ years of experience in data analysis (within supply chain or operations is a plus)* Strong Power BI experience (DAX, data models, dashboards)* Understanding of supply chain processes (demand, inventory, production, logistics) is a plus.* Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)Advanced Excel skills* Fluent in English* Comfortable presenting data and leading meetings in a cross-functional environmentPay Range:**,00#J-*****-Ljbffr
