Job description

To drive business improvement and operational efficiency by analysing business requirements, identifying technology-enabled solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of systems, processes, and digital capabilities that support the firms Corporate Services business strategic objectives., * Provide support activities on the applications for the Corporate Service business.

Delivering workflow automation, system integrations, dashboard development, reporting solutions and data visualisation to improve business outcomes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to requests for support when required. Analyse root causes of common and recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.

Requirements

Multiple years’ experience in providing application support and development working with SQL.
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI to provide automation workflows & dashboards.
Experience in data transformation and manipulation using SQL would be advantageous.
