B Capital is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead customer engagements and guide implementations for Pendo. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the London office, emphasizing customer onboarding and technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess deep product expertise with strong consulting skills, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes. Experience in customer-facing roles and technical competencies in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs are essential.
