Main ResponsibilitiesYou will act as Team Leader for a set of Platform, Services & Solutions teams, responsible for the definition and the implementation of processes, tools & technical platforms that allow IT South development teams to build, test, deploy and run their software, improving Software Development Life Cycle Experience and Delivery.Fostering the creation of best-in-class teams, products and solutions, through your leadership, knowledge and experienceLead a team, taking responsibility for its success and improvement.Developing team members with different roles: Product Owners, technical roles, software quality engineers, etc.). You are responsible for making the team shine.Proactively identify team weak points and promote the change and continues improvements mindset. Think of solutions out of the box.Define Team and individuals’ objectives.Supporting teams on dependencies and problem solving across organizations.You will be accountable for overall domain(scope) responsibilities: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget, leveraging on your team’s performance.Stakeholders’ management to create a good relationship with other IT teams.
