  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control tools such as Git and SFDX.
  • A good understanding of secure development practices and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to backend development using Java.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Experience within the Financial Services or Wealth Management domain.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and multi-org architectures (B2C/B2B).
  • Exposure to AI capabilities such as Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce, along with experience in event-driven architectures and enterprise data platforms.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the banking industry.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
