Job description

Role: QA Automation Engineer (Playwright AI Exposure)

Descriptions:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.

Load testing using JMeter

Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Develop automated testing strategies for web applications, APIs, and microservices.

Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.

Contribute to CICD pipelines and quality gates.

Explore and leverage AI-assisted testing tools and practices to improve efficiency and test coverage., Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright.

Requirements

5+ years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.

Proficiency with JavaScriptTypeScript or similar programming languages.

Experience with CICD tools and automated testing in modern DevOps environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.

Exposure to AI technologies, AI-assisted software development, or AI-driven test automation solutions.

Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern application architectures.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive quality engineer who can help establish automation best practices, improve test coverage, and leverage emerging AI capabilities to increase testing efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality in a regulated banking environment., 5+ years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.

Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
