Cybersecurity AI Developer

We are seeking a motivated Senior Cybersecurity AI Developer to join our development team supporting Cybersecurity Defensive Operations. In this role, you will build innovative solutions and rapid prototypes that directly enhance the efficiency of operators protecting critical government agencies and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) resources. \n, + Master’s degree +6 years, bachelor’s degree +8 years, associate’s degree +10 years, or High School diploma or GED +12 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience must be in the software development process (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance) and programming. Formal or informal leadership experience is preferred. \n

• Software Engineering: Strong foundational experience in core software development methodologies. \n
• Python Mastery: Proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and data manipulation. \n
• Cybersecurity Exposure: Solid understanding of foundational cybersecurity concepts, defensive operations, or threat landscapes. \n

n You will work side-by-side with mission operators, transforming their real-world challenges into advanced technical capabilities. • Mission Focus: \n \n

• Develop Solutions: Build and prototype software that directly increases the speed and efficiency of defensive cyber operations. \n
• Collaborate with Operators: Work closely with mission operators to observe workflow challenges and design innovative technical solutions. \n
• Integrate AI Capabilities: Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and corporate AI resources to optimize development lifecycles and scale data analytics. \n

• Enhance Mission Capabilities: Support critical workflows across vulnerability patching, incident response, and threat emulation. \n \n, * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role. \n

• Desirable Skills: \n \n

• Artificial Intelligence: Direct experience developing AI solutions and utilizing LLMs in production. \n
• Data Science: Background in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics. \n
• SIEM Tools: Experience with Splunk development, dashboard creation, or data ingestion pipelines. \n
• Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or Rancher architectures. \n
