Service Delivery Manager It

Make IT operations do more than run: make them move forward In projects where technology supports services connected to the healthcare sector, operational excellence is not an administrative matter.It directly shapes continuity, quality and the confidence of the people who rely on it.We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to coordinate IT service delivery in an international, multi-vendor environment.You will play a key role in bringing together technical teams, business stakeholders, service providers and operational leaders, ensuring that priorities translate into measurable outcomes.You will join NTT DATA, a technology and consulting company operating in more than 50 countries, where you can contribute to relevant projects while working in a close, collaborative environment built around continuous learning.Lead service governance, provide clear visibility into operational performance and drive improvements that strengthen the stability, efficiency and evolution of IT service delivery.Coordinate IT service delivery across internal teams, suppliers and business stakeholders in a multi-vendor model.Prepare, facilitate and moderate service management ceremonies, including daily sessions, weekly meetings and regular service reviews.Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service quality, demand progress and key operational indicators.Drive service governance and support the operational leadership function.Coordinate supplier management processes, service requests and collaboration with PMO, controlling and administrative teams when needed.Produce clear, actionable executive reporting on performance, progress, risks and improvement opportunities.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects, such as the evolution of identity and access management processes for external resources.Experience as a Service Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service management role.Hands-on knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL / ITSM.Ability to interpret operational metrics, identify deviations and turn data into decisions and action plans.Experience managing relationships with technical, operational and senior leadership stakeholders.Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with AI-assisted coding environments and developer productivity tools.Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants will be highly valued.It will be a plus if you have experience in Technology projects in healthcare, insurance or other regulated sectors.Nearshore delivery models or international teams.Global technology supplier management.Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.What you will find at NTT DATA A project with tangible impact on the quality and evolution of IT services in the healthcare sector.The opportunity to influence operations, propose improvements and lead conversations that connect technology with business needs.Continuous learning through training, certifications and collaboration with professionals across different areas of expertise.A hybrid working model in Barcelona, combining on-site and remote work.Wellbeing measures, flexible compensation and social benefits designed to support you both inside and outside work.If you are interested in leading complex services and turning operations into a driver for improvement, we would like to meet you.

Experience as a Service Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service management role. Hands-on knowledge of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL / ITSM.
