Overview

Company SaaS, FinTech, Growth-stage.
Impact Infrastructure as Code, Platform Reliability, Cloud Automation.
Size 250 people
Hybrid 2 days a week in-office, flexible
Benefits 25 days holiday, strong L&D culture, pension, flexible hours, remote options for non-London-based candidates.

The Role

Are you an Azure-first DevOps Engineer who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment? Do you want to own platform reliability and shape DevOps strategy within a fast-growing SaaS business?

This high-growth technology company is building a modern, cloud-native platform used by enterprise clients around the world. With a strong product-market fit and a well-funded roadmap, they’re scaling their engineering team and investing heavily in infrastructure.

You’ll be stepping into a role previously held by two respected DevOps Engineers who laid a solid foundation. This is your chance to build on that, lead improvements, and take full ownership of infrastructure and delivery workflows.

Working closely with the engineering team, you’ll define and embed best practices across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and platform scalability. DevOps is central to their engineering culture, not an afterthought.

What makes you a great fit:

  • You are deeply experienced with Azure, this is a non-negotiable. (We are not considering AWS or GCP backgrounds.)
  • You’ve led or significantly shaped DevOps strategy in a growing SaaS product business.
  • You’ve built and maintained CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
  • You write and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • You have strong scripting skills in PowerShell (Bash and Python also valued).
  • You’re comfortable troubleshooting production issues across infrastructure and applications.
  • Experience with containerisation (Docker, Azure WebApps, ECS) is beneficial.
  • Exposure to monitoring, logging and observability tools is a plus.

The broader tech environment includes:

You must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role, unfortunately, the end customer is unable to sponsor candidates
