Job description

Looking for candidates who are good with MS Dynamics + Power platform & Power pages

Job Description:

  1. Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, Plug-ins, custom workflows, Java scripts, web resources, integrations development.
  2. Sound knowledge in core .NET technology, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS.
  3. Proficient in CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
  6. Types of Solutions and Deployments to various environments.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in application development roles & implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions.
  2. Understanding and practicing the SDLC, and ability to take on various roles as required, such as gathering requirements, design, deployment, testing and training.
  3. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Portal.
  4. Experience with agile processes and methodologies desirable.
  5. Good presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Degree in IT or relevant industry experience; and
  7. Current Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead developer for area/stream, run technical workshops with end users to define business needs.
  2. Identify and resolve systems issues, Ownership of TDD for area, DevOps owners Automation.
  3. Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
  4. Lead team in building CRM solutions that meet requirements.
  5. Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, reuse of technical assets, and assignment of technical work.
  6. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating Product Testing, UAT Support.
  7. Mentor and coach CRM developers and team members.
  8. Manage day-to-day operations of the teams, working closely with the Project Manager to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.
  9. Participate in daily leadership calls, stand-ups, and outline performance of the technical team.
  10. Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective, efficient, and timely manner.
  11. Establish criteria related to the release process for the team in promoting code to appropriate environments and monitor the promotion of such code to align with the Configuration Management Plan.
  12. Ensure teams have access to the Configuration Management Plan and use the approved Configuration Control tool.
  13. Participate in all work product review sessions described in the Quality Plan to ensure compliance with the technical design.
  14. Ensure the Developer invites a subject matter expert knowledgeable about the system change to any conformance review.
  15. Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective.
  16. Provide technical support and quality control throughout all stages of the project.
  17. Provide technical subject matter expertise for the technical delivery processes and implementation, including informal meetings with team members on technical strategy of the project and attendance at status meetings with customer entities as requested.
  18. Work with other key architecture roles to ensure technology is applied to meet business objectives.
  19. Collaborate with the Configuration Management Specialist to define configuration management processes and procedures for configuration items (code, configuration settings, etc.).
  20. Participate in Work Product Reviews as referenced in the Project Quality Plan to support new pursuits and business and validate estimates.
