Job description

Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform technologies.
Refactor existing applications and data models to maximize Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, standard objects, and platform capabilities.
Manage Salesforce security and access controls, including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups, and record-level security.
Develop and support integrations leveraging Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise systems while following DevSecOps and Agile best practices.
Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases, recommend platform enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that drive mission success.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce development experience within enterprise environments.
Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Security (LWS), Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, object relationships, security models, integrations, Agile methodologies, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Active DHS Clearance or Active Top Secret DoD Clearance.

Salary Range: $145,000 annually * depending on experience
