Experteer Overview ¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad?Asegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación.As a Datacenter Solution Engineer, you join the Global Service Installation Team to deliver hands-on data center hardware installation and integration.You will rack, install, and cabling server and network equipment, while supporting hardware and software functionality post-install.You’ll collaborate with the engineering team to ensure correct implementation and perform on-site break/fix work.The role blends field service with first-line technical support, traveling to customer sites as needed to solve problems and drive service quality.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling and networking of data center hardware* Assist with deployment of server, storage and network equipment* Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless hardware integration* Verify installations meet specifications and conduct functional QA* Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed* Travel internationally and locally for installations and issue resolution* Operate within fast-paced, solution-oriented team environment* Support on-site customer service and break/fix activities* Maintain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade server hardwareResponsabilidades* 5 years of experience servicing complex X86 systems in a data center* Bachelor’s degree or Dutch MBO4 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent xqbhyrx via experience)* Strong written and verbal English; Dutch a plus* Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments* Scripting knowledge (Bash, PHP, Python) is a plus* Hardware diagnostics and BIOS/driver/application issue understanding* Ability to work in challenging, dynamic settings; proactive in solution delivery* Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade server hardware* Willingness to travel and reside within 40 km of s’-HertogenboschRequisitos principales*
