Job description

What you00ll be doing

Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using C# / .NET Core and cloud technologies.
Contributing to the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through to deployment and continuous improvement.
Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to translate real00world healthcare challenges into elegant technical solutions.
Owning the reliability, performance, and scalability of your code in production environments.
Helping shape technical strategy and mentoring other engineers to raise the overall engineering standard.

Tech environment

Our platform is built around C# (.NET Core), Kubernetes, and SQL, with modern front00end frameworks driving user experience. We00re continually learning and evolving our stack as our products and customers grow.

What we00re looking for

Solid experience building production software in C# (or a comparable language such as Java).
A strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and clean architecture principles.
Exposure to agile, cross00functional product teams where user value drives technical decisions.
Ideally, experience working within the HealthTech sector 00or on software used by clinicians, patients, or healthcare partners.
A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative, problem00solving approach.
