E-Gaming & Technology Specialist

The Youth Development Professional: E-Gaming & Technology Specialist is responsible for assisting in planning and implementing technology and gaming activities within the Boys & Girls Club. Serving as a mentor and positive role model for Club members ages 5 to 18, they will promote digital literacy, gaming skills, workforce and personal development.

Key Roles Include:

• Develop and implement technology programming for youth & teens, including e-gaming, e-sports, podcasting, content creation, digital literacy & safety, art, emerging technologies, etc;
• Assist with managing youth facing technology & gaming equipment
• Support Club goals including our Strategic Plan, Mission & grant objectives
• Demonstrate positive youth development tenants including offering positive guidance and discipline, role modeling, providing a safe & fun environment, recognition, opportunities and expectations.

Do you have experience in Workforce development?, * youth development: 1 year (Preferred)

• Content creation: 2 years (Preferred)
• e-gaming: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.60 - $20.30 per hour
