The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing product roadmaps, stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact digital solutions in banking environments.This is a hybrid position based in Madrid .WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner managing digital products in complex environments.Proven experience within the banking sector .Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Payments, Cards, Payment Methods, or related payment processing solutions .Experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Advanced knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and operations.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Spanish and a good level of English .WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment-related solutions.Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative banking products.Gather and prioritize requirements related to payment platforms, card solutions, and transactional services.Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews within Agile teams.Ensure successful delivery of product increments while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and innovations in the banking and payments ecosystem.WHY US?Join our dynamic team of talented people and discover a world full of growth and opportunity.
