Who we are looking forThe Alpha Professional Services team in the UK is looking for a qualified individual to lead our environment and data strategy workstream. This individual must bring strong experience in end-to-end environment strategy, architecture and workflow design, data analysis and business system flows in order to create and execute environment designs for our industry leading front-to-back client servicing platform. The successful candidate must be skilled in managing multi-year programs consisting of complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both an insourced and outsourced model. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, technical architecture knowledge and understanding of global portfolio management, trading, and compliance functions across asset classes. This position will interact with, and, demand exposure to the highest levels of executive management within State Street and, playbooks, architecture documentation, data insights etc. )Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholdersLead various stages of the implementation lifecycle across multiple simultaneous global clientsSupport business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagementProvide regular status updates and support program management reports as neededWhat we value Strong analytical, organizational skills and team management experience.Strong inter personal communication skills and expertise in documentation, reporting and presentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally structured, and team-based environment, as well as work independently.Proven experience in Program management, stakeholder management, client engagement and expectation management across project life cycle.Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferredFront/ Middle office platforms experience is useful.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above. 15+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services and data domains.Technology background and CFA/ FRM charters are highly appreciated.Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.Strong experience in data mining, ETL experience platforms, data visualization/ reporting/ presentation tools.
