Job description
Ever wanted to sit inside one of the best data teams in London without the politics of a huge corporate structure around it?
Weâre hiring for a very well-known loyalty and customer engagement business, trusted by some of the worldâs most recognisable financial services, travel and retail brands to design programmes that build genuine customer commitment. Itâs the rare kind of place that feels like a boutique agency, backed by serious corporate resource - fast-moving, autonomous, and genuinely fun to work in.
The role
Youâll be the standalone Data Analyst for the Loyalty team not one of many, the one. That means real ownership from day one: extracting and shaping data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and relational databases, building the monthly reporting suite, and turning raw numbers into commercial recommendations that actually get acted on.
Youâll get stuck into:
- SQL querying (inner and outer joins - youâll need to be genuinely comfortable here)
- Excel at a high level - pivot tables, formulae, slicing large datasets
- Customer segmentation and propensity modelling
- Lifetime value and uplift analysis
- Helping shape what a brand-new loyalty programme could look like, working directly with a Loyalty Design Authority
Who this is for
This is a âdoerâ role. You wonât have someone checking your work line by line - youâll need to be the kind of analyst who can pick up a brief, run with it, and come back with the answer, not more questions. If you like getting properly lost in the data and enjoy figuring things out yourself, this will suit you well.
Itâs also a brilliant stepping stone if youâre looking to build serious commercial and loyalty analytics experience fast, working alongside peers who love debating the best way to solve a problem.
What youâll bring
- Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience handling large, complex datasets
- Experience analysing customer, marketing or transactional data
- Background in CRM, loyalty or lifecycle marketing analysis
- Comfort building segmentation, propensity or CLV models
- The confidence to work autonomously and manage shifting priorities
- A collaborative, team-first mindset - this is not a lone-wolf role, even though youâll often be the only analyst in the room
The details
- Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
- Permanent, full-time
