Job description

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.
Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and web applications using Flask.
Apply OOP principles, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices to build maintainable solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architecture and solution design.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, well-documented, and testable code.
Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices and development standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, scalability, and production issues.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives., * Design develop test deploy and maintain scalable Python applications and services.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
Experience developing web applications and REST APIs using Flask.
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Clean Code Practices, Software Design & Architecture, Unit Testing, and Debugging.
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Automotive software development
Experience with Google Cloud Platform services like Cloud Run, Cloud Schedduler, Cloud Triggers
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging services.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies., * Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
