Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline. (Preferred: System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

  • Requirements management experience

  • Experience with Avionics, System Design, Software development and/or System Test Engineering Processes

  • F-16 Program Experience

  • Experience planning, overseeing, and directing engineering program tasks as a Tech Lead

  • Experience supporting new business proposals by writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and estimating the cost, schedule, and resources required to perform program engineering tasks

Desired Skills

  • F-16 Avionics and/or Software Experience

  • Experience with system design

  • Experience with Agile Software Development Process and tools (JIRA)

  • Experience F-16 engineering requirements and interface tools (TASER, SIMS, DOORS, FrameMaker)

  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools (CAMEO)

  • Experience with System and Software Engineering Processes

  • Experience with Test, Evaluation, and Verification Processes

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
