As a member of the Syndicated Insights Team within the Strategy and Insights Group (SIG) this individual will help develop analyses and insights grounded in syndicated data for a richer understanding of the Pet Care Category. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Shopper organizations to effectively leverage and integrate data to reveal new insights that influence successful brand strategies and tactics. Provide support to help solve their business issues, help to uncover opportunities, and fill knowledge gaps. Work to translate business issues into researchable questions and objectives. Utilize extensive syndicated data resources with the focus being the application of household panel data to better understand Pet Owner purchase behavior. Analyze data to discover and interpret actionable learnings and contribute to insights that will guide strategic and tactical initiatives. Help to develop compelling, concise, and fact-based analyses and recommendations. Simplify data into a compelling story that is presented via impactful visuals, written reports and informal presentations. Embrace implementation of new digital technologies such as Generative AI to improve access to information and speed to insights.
