Job description

NEC Software Solutions in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Lead/Senior Software Engineer - Full stack to own design, development and delivery of end-to-end platform capabilities. You will work across React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, shaping architecture, driving best practices, and delivering secure, scalable solutions with AI integration where appropriate.

Candidates should have strong experience with cloud (AWS), CI/CD, and modern UI frameworks, with excellent collaboration
