Cloud DevOps Engineer

This role offers a base pay range of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, perks and healthcare options.

We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated Cloud DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic Cloud Pod. The client works in focused, agile teams called Pods - groups of technical professionals building and maintaining cloud platforms. Your Role:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud platforms with a focus on reusability, standardisation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Work in agile, outcome-focused teams that align closely with client goals.
• Grow your expertise through training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of cloud offerings through shared learning and innovation.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in platform engineering using tools such as Azure or AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and end-to-end service delivery.
• A background in infrastructure and networking is helpful, as is experience working in agile teams.
• Experience deploying enterprise cloud solutions using code-based approaches.
• Ability to lead or contribute to technical discussions across architecture and engineering teams.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Security Clearance Requirements

• You must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
• Applicants must have resided continuously in the UK for the past 5 years.
