Are you a passionate Software Engineer who enjoys building fuq digital solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful, fast-growing business that’s leading digital transformation across Europe.
You’ll be joining an established engineering team at the forefront of developing cutting-edge e-commerce and core business systems. The Role
You’ll be an integral part of the engineering function, designing and developing modern solutions for e-commerce platforms and enterprise service buses. Working through the full software lifecycle, you’ll play a key role from concept and design to deployment and optimisation.
This position is hybrid (Normanton-based) with the opportunity for occasional European travel and continued professional development through a dedicated training budget and ongoing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications using C#, .NET, and React.
- Work across e-commerce and integration systems to support business-wide digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver efficient, modern solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to continuous improvement.
- HTML, relational databases, and MicroServices. Understanding of OOP, REST, JSON, WebAPI, and authentication servers, Razor Pages
- Experience working with GIT and message/event bus systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of Mediator design pattern, NoSQL databases, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.
