What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Automation Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising automation solutions that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll work with a variety of technologies, including RPA, OCR, Gen AI, and NLP, to deliver high-impact solutions that benefit our customers.

  1. Provide expert guidance on process design and automation best practices
  2. Design, implement, test, and launch automation solutions
  3. Analyse and map end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for automation
  4. Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects
  5. Continuously improve and optimise current processes to drive efficiency and quality
  6. Maintain and update developer standards around automation best practices
  7. Mentor and guide peers through code reviews, dev sessions, and pair-programming
  8. Investigate and document alternative solutions for future development

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience with one or more RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, PEGA/OpenSpan) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset-able to work effectively with teams across the organisation Ability to optimise and evolve current practices to drive efficiency Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders Resilience and the ability to push forward when faced with challenges A customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering value Operational experience and knowledge is an advantage

What Would Set You Apart (But Isn’t Essential):

University degree Knowledge of .NET (C#) and .NET framework application development Experience with programming languages (Java, .NET, VBA, HTML, SQL) Familiarity with NLP, LLM, Document Understanding, and OCR technologies
