Job description
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a AI Engineer to join a growing, innovative team focused on delivering Microsoft-based workplace and AI solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, helping organisations transform how they collaborate, communicate, and leverage AI.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering solutions that drive productivity and business value, working across both technical delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Support the adoption of AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and automation solutions
- Deliver workshops, user adoption strategies, and technical solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to deployment and optimisation
- Promote best practices across collaboration, governance, and security
Requirements
- Strong experience within Microsoft Modern Workplace / M365 environments
- Hands-on knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD
- Exposure to AI tools / Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform is highly desirable
- Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance technical delivery with business needs
