• Drive data integrity, governance, and responsible AI adoption

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze feasibility and strategic alignment of proposals for complex products or services
• Ensure all designs meet quality, resilience and technical standards
• Leading design on specific change initiatives through research and collaboration
• Working closely with Product Owners to assess business requirements and draft solutions
• Working alongside engineers to assess solution viability, expanding your technology, knowledge and skills
• Working with enterprise architects to validate your designs, building understanding of group standards and strategic direction

Key Skills / Knowledge:

• A software engineering design background or solution design/architecture
• Experience in designing and leading design change across complex operational and technology landscapes
• Great interpersonal skills and a good communicator with technical and non-technical people
• Passionate about driving a fantastic design function for the best solution performance
• Expertise in organizational design standards, architecture, and design governance requirements
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective data architectures
• Aligning data solutions with overall business goals
