Job description

Role:

UX Designer (titled internally as UX Engineer)

Salary:

Up to £60,000 + benefits

What You’ll Do

Design intuitive, user-focused web application interfaces used in professional environments.
Collaborate with engineers to deliver simple, consistent design solutions for complex data-heavy workflows.
Contribute to and evolve an internal design system and component library.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices across multiple projects.
Engage directly with internal stakeholders to translate user needs into functional, visually refined designs.

What We’re Looking For

A strong, well-structured portfolio showcasing interaction design, accessibility, and UI craft.
Experience working in multi-project or professional/regulated environments such as law, finance, or healthcare.
Fluency in Figma (or similar tools) and confidence collaborating with developers.
Solid grasp of UX principles, component-based design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Bonus: Hands-on experience/understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks to communicate effectively with engineers.
