D365 Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead

Overview

A fast-growing software consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, delivering solutions within both Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce environments. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts
• Oversee BAU support and ensure ongoing client success
• Manage and mentor a small team in a techno-functional capacity
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
• Ensure successful delivery of implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role with around 8 years’ experience
• Previous experience in a leadership capacity, such as Lead Consultant or Lead Developer
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Manufacturing modules
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ideally techno-functional, with hands-on delivery and implementation experience

• £95,000-£100,000
• 5% pension
• 23 days annual leave

• Hybrid working - 1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months
