Job description

Overview

A fast-growing software consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, delivering solutions within both Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce environments. They support organisations across the fashion, retail, and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on quality delivery, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships. The business has experienced significant growth, scaling from 40 to 200 employees over the past two years, and offers a flexible working culture with a genuine emphasis on work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts
  • Oversee BAU support and ensure ongoing client success
  • Manage and mentor a small team in a techno-functional capacity
  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams
  • Ensure successful delivery of implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role with around 8 years’ experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity, such as Lead Consultant or Lead Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Manufacturing modules
  • Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally techno-functional, with hands-on delivery and implementation experience
