Join Specialist Risk Group as a Data Analyst and help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our business.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our business.
What you will be doing
- Extracting, transforming and presenting data from our data lake and marts to support business performance
- Creating visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Monitoring data quality and identifying anomalies across business units
- Supporting regular reporting cycles including daily, weekly and monthly outputs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights
Qualifications
- Background in broker account management or business development
- Strong understanding of London Market wholesale accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (with SRG support)
