Job description

Full stack Engineer - £55,000 - Hampshire (1 day per week in the office)

Please note: This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of being in the office one day per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

La Fosse has partnered with an established business to hire a full stack developer to join a dynamic, collaborative engineering team focused on building modern, scalable digital solutions. The team is UK-based, comprising around 80 professionals working in a product-driven environment, with the role reporting directly to an engineering team lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid level developer who is passionate about creating intuitive, high-quality user interfaces while also contributing to backend services and shaping the overall architecture of digital products.

Key Requirements

  • Backend: Experience with C# (.NET) however experience with Node.js, Golang, or Java will be considered
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Understanding of relational databases and object-oriented principles
  • Knowledge of modern software architecture and design patterns
  • Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, API Management), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform
  • Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as NUnit or JUnit
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams and using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Git

  1. 1st stage: Technical Assessment
  2. 2nd stage: Teams interview
  3. 3rd Stage: In person Interview
