Job description

Overview

Join to apply for the Revenue Systems & Data Specialist role at FundApps. At FundApps, we’re on a mission to make compliance simple for some of the world’s top financial institutions. Our Revenue Operations team enables Sales, Marketing and Client Success to operate efficiently and scale effectively. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role based in London, focusing on our GTM systems, data and reporting, with emphasis on HubSpot and related GTM tools.

You’ll support our commercial teams by optimising processes, managing data integrity, and surfacing insights that directly influence revenue growth. You will test and evaluate new tools to keep our RevOps function ahead of the curve. This role is suitable for someone early in their career with some exposure to RevOps or SalesOps who wants to deepen CRM, analytics and systems experience in a fast-growing B Corp with global reach.

What You’ll Be Working On

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyse pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance; highlight trends, risks and opportunities
  • Support sales leaders with pipeline inspection, forecasting, and QBR preparation
  • Maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Identify data issues and streamline reporting for clarity and accuracy

CRM & Process Optimisation

  • Own HubSpot system health: clean data, accurate properties, and reliable automation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Assist with lead routing, renewal tracking, and upsell opportunity workflows
  • Support CRM governance and process efficiency across teams

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to improve GTM handoffs and tracking
  • Document and optimise operational processes
  • Learn and support Demandbase for intent-based workflows and enrichment

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 1-3 years’ experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or a related data/CRM role
  • Experience managing HubSpot data hygiene, properties, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot automation and reporting features
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, BI tools, and interest in learning new systems (e.g. Demandbase)
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic understanding of the SaaS GTM funnel and revenue metrics

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting pipeline or revenue reporting
  • Prior exposure to FinTech or RegTech
  • Understanding of lead scoring, enrichment, and routing logic
  • Collaboration experience across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Power BI or similar data tools
