Job description

Fractile is seeking an Engineering Manager for Compilers in London or Bristol, offering a hybrid, permanent role. You will build and lead a 10+ engineer compiler team targeting Fractile’s AI accelerators, shaping the architecture from first principles and collaborating across hardware, runtime, and ML teams to drive performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep compiler knowledge, a strong grasp of computer architecture, and a track record of delivering high-performance software
