You will handle first-line support for all IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely. Your tasks will include setting up workstations, onboarding and offboarding employees, troubleshooting client systems, and contributing to short and long-term projects aimed at enhancing our client platform and support systems. We offer a culture where we share knowledge and help out wherever we can.Your Main Tasks:* Provide first-line IT support to employees, both on-site and remotely.* Set up and configure thin-clients and workstations for new hires.* Troubleshoot client systems and resolve technical issues promptly.* Contribute to short and long-term projects focused on improving our client platform and support systems.* Help out with office related tasks.About You:* You have previous experience from roles such as IT support or equivalent, preferably some Linux experience.
