Staff Engineer / Developer (Python React Full Stack) Madrid onsite to €110,000 Are you a technologist with a range of skills across the full stack?You could be progressing your career in an impactful, hands-on Staff Engineer role for a tech start-up backed by a hugely profitable Private Equity firm in Madrid.As a Staff Engineer you will take ownership of architecting, designing and developing new features and enhancements, as well as client bespoke applications.You’ll be working across the full software development lifecycle using a range of technology with a focus on Python and React, picking up new things on the job.You’ll be hands-on with technology and will work closely with senior stakeholders on complex and interesting projects, including driving the use of AI within the company.Location: You’ll join a small team in Madrid on a fulltime basis (in time with flexibility to work from home once a week).About you: You have strong backend skills with Python, Java, C# or C++ - happy to use Python going forward You also have frontend skills with React and other technologies including JavaScript / TypeScript You have a strong knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka You’re an advocate of using AI tools to improve processes e.G.
