Job description

We work in an Agile team on the development of our Java and C++ based tools.
We collaborate with engineers and technology managers to clarify requirements, design solutions, develop features, and deploy new functionality.
We implement new features for our suite of debug tools, including Arm Debugger within Development Studio.
We develop firmware for our DSTREAM family of high-performance debug and trace probes.
We contribute across the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

We require a good understanding and practical experience of Java and/or C++ programming.
We require strong abstract reasoning skills and the ability to focus on key concepts at all levels of detail.
We require a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
We require experience with scripting in Python and using the Linux command line.
We value a high level of pro-activity and initiative.
Nice to have: experience with embedded software development.
Nice to have: experience using embedded debug tools such as Arm Development Studio or Keil MDK and associated JTAG or SWD debug probes.
Nice to have: familiarity with Visual Studio Code.
Nice to have: experience with build automation tools such as Maven.
Nice to have: test development using Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or Robot.
