IT Engineer

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to our end users via telephone, email, remote support tools, and face-to-face interaction.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printing, connectivity, and mobile device issues.
• Log, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests through our IT ticketing system.
• Build, configure, deploy, and support Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage device provisioning and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Support software deployment, patch management, compliance policies, and endpoint security controls.
• Monitor device health and help maintain endpoint security standards.
• Support the administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Assist with Microsoft Entra ID user administration, group management, conditional access policies, and identity-related support.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, permissions management, and licence allocation.
• Assist with the administration and monitoring of Azure resources and cloud services.
• Help maintain security best practices including Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, and device compliance policies.
• Assist with security incident investigation and remediation activities.
• Support the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Support office and site IT infrastructure to help ensure business continuity.

• DevOps, We are an established and growing organisation seeking a motivated and hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our internal IT team. This is a primarily office-based role with regular travel to our offices and operational sites, offering excellent exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking, security, and modern workplace technologies. The successful person will play a key part in delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT services while supporting users across our business.

• We are looking for a motivated IT professional with experience supporting end users and troubleshooting technical issues.
• We value hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and modern workplace tools.
• Experience with Windows laptops, desktops, and mobile device deployment and support is essential.
• Familiarity with networking, security, endpoint management, and identity administration is important.
• Strong communication and incident management skills are required for working with users and managing service requests.
