  • Erstsupport für die Anwender
  • Installation, Konfiguration/Fehlerbehebung von Windows Betriebssystemen sowie von Microsoft Windows Client-/Serverumgebungen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Serviceabläufen
  • Reparatur und Wartung von PCs und Notebooks
  • Sie fungieren als 1st-Level-Support (m/w/d) für die Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Verlegen von Leitungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der IT und/oder Studium
  • Grundkenntnisse in den oben genannten Tätigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse in Windows
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise setzen wir voraus
  • Erfahrungen im Support wünschenswert
