Job description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with solid frontend and backend experience to join us remotely or in our Berlin office. As we grow, we need your skills to support our mission of building the future of green search.

Day-to-day, you will work across the entire stack - from crafting intuitive user interfaces to building scalable backend services - ensuring our product remains delightful, reliable, and efficient for millions of daily users.

A Role to Help Create Lasting Change

  • Develop Core Product Features: Expand our Accounts Platform (user identity and account management) and develop the Climate Impact Experience through engaging, gamified features like seed tracking, levels, and digital collectibles.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, test, and ship features as part of a cross-functional product team alongside Product, Design, and BI partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience writing and shipping production-grade JavaScript and TypeScript code.

  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend services using Node.js or Go.
  • Experience with Vue.js, React, or other similar frontend libraries.
  • Solid collaboration mindset and experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Our Tech Stack

You are not expected to have knowledge of everything we do. This is what we currently use:

Backend

  • Node.js (JavaScript and TypeScript)

  • Cloudflare Workers (TypeScript)
  • Go on Kubernetes

Frontend

  • Vue 2 with JavaScript (legacy)
  • Vue 3 and Astro components with TypeScript (under migration)
  • SCSS, English.
