Job description

Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and integrations with enterprise applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
Ensure adherence to development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices.
Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements

Experience working with Pega Platform development.
Understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case management concepts.
Experience integrating applications through REST and SOAP services.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Professional proficiency in English., * Pega certifications such as CSA or CSSA.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
