Experteer Overview As Fullstack Technical Lead, you will guide the development of scalable applications across backend and frontend stacks.You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software aligned with business goals.Your work supports digital transformation and the adoption of modern technologies at EY GDS Spain.This role offers impact through architectural leadership, hands-on delivery, and a focus on performance and maintainability.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java apps using Spring u** Spring Boot * Oversee creation of responsive front-end components with Angular and/or React.js * Architect and develop RESTful APIs for data-driven ecosystems * Provide technical guidance and align with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, Product teams * Ensure data integrity across integrations and database interactions * Establish coding standards, best practices, and design patterns * Lead integration with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and optimize performance * Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting for stability * Drive full software development lifecycle and promote continuous learning Responsabilidades * Strong Java expertise and OO design * Extensive Spring Boot experience for RESTful services * Front-end capabilities with Angular and/or React.js * Experience designing REST APIs and scalable integrations * Relational databases experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * Fluent in English; French and international experience are plus * Proven technical leadership and mentoring abilities * Experience with end-to-end SDLC and cross-functional collaboration Requisitos principales * hybrid work model * flexible work-life integration * well-being programs * volunteering opportunities * recognition programs * tailored training and development
