Job description

  • Contribute to the development, documentation, implementation and configuration control of engineering product standards ensuring compliance to standards system requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce Product Standards data in an XML format for data delivery to downstream systems
  • May require management of digital data using Teamcenter, Arbortext, Microsoft Office applications, etc
  • Assist with training in the utilization of processes and tools and support the integration of product standards and product standards related data at an enterprise level
  • Assist in Boeing coordination and review of Government and Industry Standards for enterprise deployment and use
  • Provides basic assistance to support the development, documentation, implementation of process improvement
  • Work under close supervision

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • 1+ years of experience project management and the ability to self-manage projects
  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Configuration Management and/or Data Management and processing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 2: 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with XML
  • Knowledge of industry, military, and/or government specifications
  • Technical or business writing experience, This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. Summary Pay Range for Entry level (Level 1): $56,950-$77,050
